TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HUSTLER CASINO

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User", "Users" or "you") who register for an account on the Hustler Casino online platform (the "Platform"). By accessing, using or registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. DEFINITIONS

• Any winnings earned through participation in any promotion, bonus, offer or Game will be credited to the User's account as per our standard withdrawal procedures.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Platform if we reasonably believe you are abusing or exploiting our systems.

5. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

Wagers made by Users on all Games and bonus funds used must meet wagering requirements specified in these Terms, prior to withdrawal of any winnings earned through use of such bonuses or offers. Failure to comply with a specific wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of any associated winnings.

6. PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES

We may offer promotions or bonuses (each an "Offer") at our discretion from time to time, which are subject to these Terms and any additional terms set out by us for each Offer.

• Offers shall only be open to Users with a verified account.
• Offers can only be claimed once per User.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify Offers at any time without prior notice.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

When you deposit funds onto your Platform account, they become our property and we use them exclusively in accordance with these Terms.

• Your credit/debit card must have sufficient cleared funds available to settle any wagers.
• If a chargeback is processed against your account or if it is deemed to be invalid for other reasons, then all associated winnings will be voided.
• By using the Platform you consent to us processing transactions on behalf of our payment providers.

10. SELF-EXCLUSION

If you wish to exclude yourself from playing Games or accessing your account for a specific period (minimum 6 months) please contact our Support Team at least one day prior to when you wish self-exclude.

• During any Exclusion Period, we will not accept any deposits into, withdrawals from the User's Account.
• Any attempt by a Self-Excluded User to access their account or Game content shall be considered an abuse and may result in cancellation of that user's registration on our system.

11. GAMING REGULATIONS AND LAWS

We operate in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and laws, including:

• The provision of services will at all times be governed by the Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
• Users accept this jurisdiction for any disputes arising from their use of the Platform.

12. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy (available on our Website) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access to or use of our online services and replace all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

• If we need to make changes to these Terms at any time, we will post them on this page. Your continued access to the Platform after posting such changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
• Failure by you to comply with any term within these Terms may result in termination of your account and/or other consequences specified within the relevant provision.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute between Users or disputes arising out of, related to, connected with, or resulting from the use of the Platform shall be governed by applicable laws and jurisdiction as determined at our discretion. Any controversy regarding any breach of these Terms must first proceed through an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process.

By using our services, you acknowledge that these Terms are binding on you and us in relation to disputes between parties involved.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The provision of services will at all times be governed by the Laws of Ontario, Canada.

15. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS

If we reasonably believe that a User has breached any term within these Terms or abused our system, we reserve the right to cancel their registration on our Platform without prior notice. By registering for an account, you agree not to challenge this decision in court.

• Upon cancellation of your Account by us, all associated funds will be returned if and as per applicable law.
• We may terminate a User's access to any part or parts of the Platform at any time, with or without cause and in our sole discretion, including but not limited to: If a breach is detected; You are found to have violated these Terms; Your actions interfere with other Users' gaming experience.

16. NOTICES

All communications from you to us should be directed via your registered email address only. By registering for an account on the Platform, you agree that we may contact you by:

• Sending emails to the registered account details.
• Posting announcements or general notices within the Platform
• Notifying User through notifications sent directly into their Account.

17. RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS

We reserve the right at our discretion, without prior notice and with immediate effect:

• To change any of these Terms including modifying game rules in line with industry requirements.
• To refuse or cancel registration for anyone who fails to comply with the above provision(s).
• Revise its services from time-to-time.

18. GENERAL PROVISIONS

By registering on our Platform, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed all relevant terms and conditions governing your account including this Terms agreement.
• That any disputes between Users or arising out of their access to our online platform will be resolved through ADR as per our guidelines above.
• If applicable laws are found to contradict these Terms, we may choose at its discretion whether they should form part of an amended version.

By accessing the Platform you agree that your gaming activities on it shall not violate any applicable law or regulations in the jurisdiction where the User accesses services from.
